Account and Data Deletion

1. Account

QROffice does not create user accounts. There is therefore no Adinaction account to delete and no user data held on Adinaction servers.

2. Deleting data on your device

• Scan history: Delete it with the Clear history option on the Scan history screen.
• Generated PDFs and other output: Delete them on the My files screen; deleted files can be removed permanently from the Trash screen.
• Expenses and receipt images: Open an expense on the Expenses screen and choose Delete; its receipt image is deleted with it.
• Email address and name of the connected Google account: Delete them with Disconnect on the Settings > Google Drive screen.
• All local data: On Android use Settings > Apps > QROffice > Storage > Clear data or uninstall the app; on iOS deleting the app removes all local data. Files you exported to Photos or Files on your device must be deleted there separately.

3. Document QR files in Google Drive

Documents you share with Document QR are in your own Google Drive. On the Shared documents screen you can turn off a document's link or delete the document; a deleted document moves to the Drive trash and its link stops working immediately. You can also delete documents directly from the "QROffice" folder in Google Drive. You can remove the app's Drive access in your Google account settings (Security > Third-party access).

4. Advertising data

Ads are shown by Google AdMob. In regions where ad consent is required, you can change your consent in the app under Settings > Ad privacy preferences. You can delete or reset your advertising ID in Android Settings > Privacy > Ads. On iOS you can turn off ad tracking in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Requests about data processed by Google are subject to Google's own processes.
