QROffice terms of use. Last updated: 1 November 2026.
1. Acceptance
By using the QROffice app, you are deemed to accept these terms. If you do not accept them, you should not use the app.
2. Rules of Use
- Use the app for lawful purposes only
- Do not attempt to disrupt the operation or security of the app
- Respect copyright and the rights of third parties
3. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is". Utmost care is taken over the accuracy of content and calculations; however, verifying results for critical decisions is the user's responsibility. No liability is accepted for indirect damages.
4. Free and PRO Use
Free use
- QR and barcode scanning
- 10 QR codes per day
- 5 document scans per day
- 3 text recognitions (OCR) per day
- 5 PDF tool operations per day
- 3 Document QR uploads per day (up to 10 MB per file)
- 1 ID photo save per day
- 3 receipt scans per day (manual expenses and reports are unlimited)
- 1 scanned document edit per day
PRO use
- Ad-free use
- No daily usage limits
- No 10 MB file limit in Document QR
- Premium QR Studio designs
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
- Premium Monthly — auto-renewable subscription (Android, iOS)
- Premium Yearly — auto-renewable subscription (Android, iOS)
Android: Purchases and payments are handled through Google Play Billing.
iOS: Purchases and payments are handled through Apple App Store (StoreKit).
Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically through Google Play or the App Store for the same period and at the same price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
Management and cancellation: Android: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions. iOS: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. A canceled subscription stays active until the end of the current period. To restore a subscription on another device signed in to the same store account, use Restore purchases on the Premium screen (Settings > Current subscription).
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by the relevant store under Google Play's or Apple's refund policy.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version takes effect on the date it is published on this page.
7. Additional Notes
Documents shared with Document QR are stored in your own Google Drive and shared as "anyone with the link can view"; anyone who scans the QR code or knows the link can see the document. You are responsible for the content you upload and the consequences of sharing it; you must hold the necessary rights to any file you upload and must not share files that are illegal, infringe copyright or contain other people's personal data without permission. Content uploaded to Google Drive is also subject to Google's terms of service and program policies. PDF editing and OCR results may vary with the structure of the document; keep a copy of the original for important documents. Receipt reading and text recognition results are extracted automatically; compare the amount, tax and date with the document before saving. Expense tracking does not replace accounting or tax advice. ID photos are prepared to official dimensions; the relevant authority decides whether an application is accepted.
